Focus areas
Vicisoft has great expertise and strong record in developing software solutions based on both client-server and internet platforms. The core areas of focus of the company are document management, content management and knowledge management. The company's primary product ViciDocs (www.vicidocs.com) offers rich functionality spanning these areas.

Vicisoft is ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The certification was done by UKAS(United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and ANAB.

Management
Vicisoft is promoted by alumni of the internationally reputed Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. Key People involved in the management of the Company are all well experienced and well qualified. Summary of the management team profiles is:

Mr. Sastry Chemudupaty, B. Tech(IIT Madras-1994)
Founder, Managing Director and CTO

Has extensive experience in software as a developer as well as a consultant. After a stint of around 18 months at Infosys Technologies Limited in India, he was associated as a software consultant with various leading companies in the USA for over two years, during when he enriched his expertise in software applications using Client-Server technology, web-based programming and in distributed computing environments. Designing application architecture and project management are the key strengths apart from a deep rooting in the area of Document Management (worked for Kodak, Rochester for around two years). At Vicisoft, Mr. Sastry is responsible for the overall performance of the company and for the technology functions.

Mr. Sharath Kondapalli, B. Tech (IIT Madras-1994), PGDM(IIM Calcutta-1996)
Founder, Director-International Operations

Worked in Standard Chartered Bank for over three years, during when he held various managerial responsibilities in the organization. His responsibilities included being the Project Manager for implementation of an Oracle-based multi-user Back-Office System connected on the Bank's leased line network. At Vicisoft, Mr. Sharath is involved in the functions of marketing, operations and administration. Mr. Sharath looks after UAE operations and will be responsible for DMS sales in the region and for managing International Channel partners.

Mr. Manish Gunwani, B.Tech (IIT Madras-1994), PGDM(IIM Bangalore-1996)
Founder, Director-India Operations

Was research analyst at SSKI, one of India's leading investment banks. Main responsibility included analysis of information technology sector, which involved investigating the various issues affecting the industry and the performance of major listed Indian software companies. At Vicisoft, Mr. Manish is involved in the functions of marketing, finance and operations. Mr. Manish is responsibile for managing Channel Partners in India and in handling India operations.

Mr. C.S. Raju, B.E (OU), M.Tech. (JNTU Hyderabad)
Founder, Director-HR & Administration

Worked for the Government for over 10 years before switching to Software development. After a brief stint in US as software developer, returned to India and co-founded Vicisoft. At Vicisoft, Mr. Raju is involved in the HR and Administration.

Mr. S.P. Chaudhuri, MMS, (BITS Pilani-1983)
Director-International Sales

Over 22 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology Systems and ERP Solutions both in India and the Arabian Gulf. Mr. S.P. Chaudhuri's career started with PCL and over a span of 9 years with the company, was involved in launching and Sales/Marketing of a number of product lines. After last serving as PCL's Regional Sales Manager of South region out of Madras (now Chennai), in 1993 he moved to Dubai, UAE. Here he established and managed one of the first ERP companies of  UAE in collaboration with a well known local group. The company was involved in sales and implemention of International ERP systems in major multinational and local firms as well as developed its own mid range ERP product. He posseses extensive experience of sales and overall project management of Vertical Industry IT Solutions in the Retail & Distribution, Healthcare, Hospitality and Money Exchange industries. At Vicisoft, SP will be responsible for International sales for its ERP and DMS product suites and will be responsible for establish new sales channels.

Mr. Potluri Phani Ratna Kumar B.Tech (IIT Madras – 1994), M.B.A. (Babcock Graduate School of Management, North Carolina, USA – 1996)
Director

Has over a decade of extensive management and consulting experience in industries ranging from retail to technology. He has held senior management positions at Burlington Industries - USA, Arvind Mafatlal Group - INDIA, Hayat Group – KUWAIT over the last decade where he was responsible for corporate strategy and business development. He brings together a powerful combination of entrepreneurial skills and business development expertise to create an exciting era of growth for the company. At Vicisoft, Mr. Phani provides valuable inputs for corporate strategy and business development.
