ViciDocs has implemented various capture applications encompassing all the above designs
Real time scanning: The Capture Client application of ViciDocs enterprise enables document capture with direct upload to the document management server. The application includes:
Rich features for scanning including barcode separators, multi-page document creation etc.
Relating documents together
Setting up of access control permissions
Periodic upload: The EzStore tool is developed for documents to be scanned/imported and indexed. At scheduled times these documents are uploaded to the ViciDocs Enterprise server. The application includes search and retrieval on index data.
Thin client upload: A light application Folder Monitor has been developed which monitors a Windows folder and any documents scanned/stored in the folder are uploaded to ViciDocs Enterprise server. The user login details and periodicity of upload can be input into the application
